Ingredients:
400g watermelon
Preparation:
Cut the watermelon without skin into small pieces and remove the seeds.
Place the pieces on a flat plate and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
Push the completely frozen melon pieces with the sorbet filter through the juicer.
Alternatively, a good hand blender can be used.
Fill in small bowls and serve immediately.
