The melon is a fruit with a sweet taste that especially appeals to us in summer.

It is very rich in Vitamin A, only eating 150g we cover the daily needs of this vitamin.

The melon is good for the health of the skin. It provides water and is also rich in antioxidants, calcium and magnesium.

You can make a mask for the skin with melon pulp. Just grind the melon flesh and let it act on the skin for 15 minutes. It is moisturizing and enriches the skin.

Thanks to its high water content it helps us to detoxify the body. It is diuretic and slightly laxative.

Due to its high sugar content, people with diabetes should only take very little melon.
