Ingredients:
Mass:
1 peanut pumpkin
1 big apple
150 g of brown sugar
lemon juice
cinnamon
A little ginger
150 g of flour
150 g of walnuts
120 ml sunflower oil
3 eggs
3 tablespoons of milk
1 chemical yeast
Cream:
200 g fresh spread cheese
1 tablespoon of milk
100-200g of powdered sugar, depending on whether you want it more or less sweet. Preparation:
Peel the pumpkin and grate. Do the same with the apple. Add them to a bowl and mix with approx. 70 g of sugar, as well as lemon juice, ginger and cinnamon and let the dough marinate for half an hour, better for longer. Preheat the oven at 180 °C. Mix the flour, walnuts, oil, eggs, milk, the rest of the sugar and yeast. Add cinnamon also here if you like it. Mix the marinated fruit with the dough and place the dough in an oven mold. Let the mass to cook for 30 – 40 minutes, the exact cooking time varies according to the oven. Mix the cheese with sugar powder and milk until you get a homogeneous mass. When the cake is cold, spread the cheese dough carefully.
