Ingredients:
1 zucchini
1 red pepper
1 onion
2 sprigs of rosemary (about 10cm), cut into small pieces
Salt, pepper
2 tbsp olive oil (*)
Preparation:
Slice the zucchini.
Slice the peppers, remove the kernels and cut into strips.
Then peel the onion and cut into slices.
Put the vegetables on a baking sheet and sprinkle them with olive oil, salt and pepper and spread the rosemary over the vegetables.
Approximately bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC.
After the vegetables are firm, arrange on the plates and enjoy.

(*) This recipe is suitable for the days after fasting, but you should not use oil, especially on the first build up day. On the second build up day you can use it, but only little.
