200 g lupine seeds

100 ml of water

1 teaspoon sesame paste (Tahin) (*)

1 tbsp olive oil (*)

1 pinch of salt

pepper

1/2 teaspoon caraway, ground

Wash the lupine seeds and remove the peel. You do not have to remove the peel if you don´’t want to, but the consistency is not that smooth.

Mix all ingredients with the blender until a creamy consistency is obtained.

Serve with slices of vegetables (carrots, zucchini, cucumbers and / or peppers).

(*) This recipe is suitable for the days after fasting, but you should not use oil/fats, especially on the first build up day. On the second build up day you can use it, but only little.
