Ingredients:
200g cooked lentils
1 apple
1 small sprig of rosemary, cut
1 tbsp olive oil, cold pressed
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp. good vinegar (for example Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar, Avgvstvs Forvm winery, El Vendrell link: https://www.avgvstvsforvm.com/en/vinegars)
1 teaspoon organic honey

Cut the apple into small pieces and mix it with the lentils.

Process the remaining ingredients into a vinaigrette and mix in.

Let it marinate for 30 minutes and enjoy.

 

This recipe is suitable for a healthy diet after fasting and after the build up days.
