Ingredients:
1 cauliflower
1 piece of turmeric root (about 15g)
2 tablespoons olive oil (*)
½ teaspoon cumin
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
Remove the leaves from cauliflower, rinse and cut into pieces.
Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Peel the turmeric root and chop it very small or use a garlic press.
Important!; the turmeric when manipulating it destins much. You should wear gloves if you want to avoid that your fingers turns yellow.
Mix the turmeric, the oil and the other species with the pieces of the cauliflower and put everything in a tray for the oven.
Insert the tray into the oven and cover it with oven paper and leave it for about 30 minutes. Remove the oven paper and leave it for 15 more minutes.

(*) This recipe is suitable for the days after fasting, but you should not use oil, especially on the first build up day. On the second build up day you can use it, but only little.
