Ingredients:
300g green asparagus
300g mango
50g grated feta cheese
a little olive oil (*)
Preparation:
Blanch the green asparagus until it is firm. Approximately 5-7 minutes. Then drain them.
Cut the mango into pieces and mix it with the asparagus. Then rub the feta cheese over it and drizzle with a little olive oil.

(*) This recipe is suitable for the days after fasting, but you should not use oil, especially on the first build up day. On the second build up day you can use it, but only little.
