Ingredients:
400g kale
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil (*)
150ml vegetable broth
50g raisins
30g pine nuts
Salt pepper
Preparation:
Soak the raisins in some of the vegetable broth. (at least 1 hour)
Clean the kale, wash and drain.
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onion and garlic.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cabbage and stir. Then add the raisins and vegetable broth and cook for 7/10 minutes until the cabbage is tender. Season with salt and pepper again and add the pine nuts at the end.

(*) This recipe is suitable for the days after fasting, but you should not use oil, especially on the first build up day. On the second build up day you can use it, but only little.
