Ingredients:
½ melon
50 g roquefort cheese
½ orange
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
Salt pepper
Preparation:
Peel the melon, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.
Cut the roquefort cheese into cubes, too.
Squeeze the orange and mix the juice with the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Mix the melon with the sauce and at the end add the cheese cubes carefully.
In the end we can add a little more pepper.
