Ingredients:

1kg Swiss chard

150g of quark  (**)

fresh parsley

fresh chives

olive oil (*)

Salt

Pepper

Preparation:

Wash the chard very well.

Cut the leaves and stalks into small pieces and separate them.

Add the stalks in boiled water and let simmer for 5 minutes. Add the cut leaves and let boil 3 more minutes together.

Drain the vegetables.

Mix the quark with the rest of the ingredients.

Serve the chard with the quark.

(*) This recipe is suitable for the days after fasting, but you should not use oil, especially on the first build up day. On the second build up day you can use it, but only little.
