Ingredients:
3 cucumbers
2 zucchini
parsley
olive oil (*)
water
Salt pepper
Preparation:
Wash the cucumbers and zucchini well, partially peel them and cut into large pieces.
Mince them together with the parsley in the blender until your have a fine soup. If necessary, add water so that the soup is not so thick. Add the olive oil and mix further. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
Put into the refrigerator for some hours and enjoy.

(*) This recipe is suitable for the days after fasting, but you should not use oil, especially on the first build up day. On the second build up day you can use it, but only little.
